Douglas G. Heyamoto, AIA

We as architects have a professional responsibility to help make sustainable communities the new standard of the industry. As designers and planners, we are uniquely positioned to help lead the way. We have talked with the American public in asking them what direction they want to see their communities take, and what kind of role they would like to see us as architects play. We are speaking the language of the American people, and they are looking to us to find solutions.
