Orthopedic Experience

Orthopedic related procedures are increasing in demand and some studies predict as much as a 9% increase in the near future, especially as the active baby boomer generation hits retirement age. Implants and less invasive outpatient procedures will continue to affect the landscape as hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers prepare for the growing demand. Although implant prices have declined, the struggling economy and impending Health Care Reform will continue to affect the industry, as owners must scrutinize each development dollar.

Designers must be prepared to maximize space and create facilities that operate efficiently.

Trinity's principals and architects are experts in the design of these facilities, having completed analysis and design for 13 orthopedic practices. From fracture care, to sports medicine to full joint replacement, we understand both the programmatic needs, and the operational nuances of an orthopedic practice. We have designed simple physician offices, rehab facilities and large sports medicine hospitals which include inpatient beds and surgery suites. Trinity is also very versed in all the ancillary diagnostic needs of the orthopedic industry including MRI, CT and Radiographic imaging.
