Our Approach
Our AIA principals John Chory and Bob Gesing formed Trinity Health Group in 1998 after having spent both their careers in healthcare. What they observed was a gap in the system. There were architecture firms that designed beautiful and highly functional buildings and there were planning and operational study firms that provided business consulting, but not one that did both. Bob and John decided that with their 20 years of experience and a solid team of designers and planners, they could fill this gap.
Today, Trinity reaches beyond the traditional scope of a business planning or design firm, to assist our clients with a wide range of capital and development solutions. Few of our competitors, if any, will or have the capability to perform the objective data-driven demand, operational or economic impact analysis that we can perform to assure that your facilities are right-sized to maximize value and profitability.
Principal Involvement on Every Engagement
As trusted advisers who approach everything with the utmost care and detail, Trinity's principals are actively involved in every project. There is no engagement too small or task too minor that does not require the veteran experience and skill of either Bob Gesing or John Chory. Their hands-on approach is felt in every area offering clients the highest level of planning, design and management expertise. Every decision is made, and project handled, as if the capital involvement was their own.
Live Design
By incorporating all the latest technological advanced tools, we are able to demonstrate in real time, how your renovation, addition or construction will look. Any changes you would like to see in our drawings— are done right before your eyes. If you want the door on the other side, the bed on the right or the shelving higher, it is changed and illustrated right there during your meeting. This eliminates the need to meet again after suggestions and changes are made. When the meeting is done, your design is done!
The Healthcare Roundtable
We actively seek better and more creative ways to assist healthcare facilities become more efficient, productive and profitable. One of the ways we achieve that is our active involvement in the Healthcare Roundtable, a national organization of healthcare providers developed through the American College of Healthcare Executives.
The Healthcare Roundtable is a forum where our two principals meet routinely with healthcare executives for discussions on the key issues affecting the industry. Here they are able to engage in dialogues that stimulate new thinking, while keeping on top of the latest news, trends and technologies from all across the country.
